"when you drop or let go of what is desired, moments of sorrow and trauma become far less of a negative and traumatising."
If you have to keep expressing what is judged to be positive to be happy, is this a real form of happiness, especially if this happiness totally relies on external positives as well as the exclusions of negatives?
I really don't see that telling of the worlds problems is negative at all, in actuality it is quite constructive. It is not about being negative or positive for me, but constructive for those who are suffering, for at least certain people are showing concern and open honest truth to what is really occurring to human consciousness at present. As many eastern minded people would know, real happiness isn't reliant on external sources of ethereal pleasures, this is when so many have to ignore the so-called external negatives to become happy and positive. The world around me isn't negative, for my happiness isn't reliant on what is or isn't negative and positive externally. Yes, this allows me to openly and honestly speak of what actually is, not what my external happiness depicts to stay happy.
This is inline with an interaction I recently had with a good internet friend of mine as follow.
"
Well Mike, what a gift you are to so many, even though the many are not aware of this in the present.
The problem with the present is visual presentation, this is why I think many people today don’t read or do research. Words for people like you and I seem to be more presentable than visual presentations, even though my condition makes it hard to keep focused on written presentations after a while.
It is not only that words are not of direct visual representation of images, words spoken about the honest truth are usually deemed negative as well today. This was not always the case, especially within spiritual communities on the net. Often on spiritual forums, groups and alike, people once spoke about what was occurring in the world at that time, this was usually in the absence of judged negatives and positives. Today, very little of what is going on in the world is presented on spiritual forums, groups and alike as it is often critically judged as being negative.
Today's positive seems to be totally based on visual representations of images, of course only the images that please the pleasure centre of our brain are deemed positive, all else is often deemed negative to this. In other words, pleasure today is often on the back of other people's suffering, in that the negatives are ignored to stay positive and tantalised psychologically."
Mike's actual life written experienced presentation on Medium is worth a read in my mind. If you are expecting to be visually tantalised by images, don't read Mike's written experienced presentation, it is simply a written representation of one of Mike's life experiences in Europe. There is more to consciousness than one often perceives, a lot more.
Appendage: I just recently wrote the following to Mike.
"Indeed Mike, what they seek through their desires is often only obtained through releasing oneself from desires. I certainly never desired experiencing some of the experiences I have through releasing myself from desires (control), however, I experienced some other experiences that people of desire can only dream about, in other words desire.
Your experience here wouldn’t have been pleasurable as you often feel the emotions involved in such occurrences. To demand or even expect life to be only of what you desire is ludicrous. A small example, how many people will be in sorrow when a loved one dies (transcends)? This is a part of life, however, when you drop or let go of what is desired, moments of sorrow and trauma become far less of a negative and traumatising.
The materiel is of desires, a desire to only experience the so-called positives in a reality of infinite variables. Such absurd desires are of limited variables, in other words only of the finite and the material. How most people's eyes would open in utter amazement of what exists beyond material desires, power and wealth!!
People like us could so easily sit within our own comfort zone of utter bliss, but we choose not to, instead, we to try to assist in the collective consciousness's healing or awakening in our own way. I think at times that I shouldn't be doing what I am doing but in truth, this is what I am suppose to be doing and in the way I am suppose to be doing it, it would seem."
